Green Papaya Saladdinepic
   150g sliced green papaya
   40g cherry tomato
   20g dried prawn
   20g peanut
   5g bird’s eye chilli
   2g garlic
Seasoning:
   40ml fish sauce
   40ml lemon juice
   20g palm sugar
Garnish:
   10g lettuce
   50g cabbage
   20g morning glory
   50g string bean

   Peel the skin off the papaya. Slice papaya finely.
   Pound garlic and chilli in a mortar before putting in the other ingredients and seasoning.
   Taste and adjust before adding to the papaya.
